Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and support medical eye services within a busy practice. You will collaborate with store leadership to deliver high-quality optometric care and optimize patient experience across exams and referrals.

The role requires Doctor of Optometry, strong communication, and up-to-date knowledge of optical technology and surgical care. State licensure must be maintained and ongoing education pursued.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with state licensure in good standing.
• Commitment to quality patient care and strong clinical skills.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, Billing and Coding, and surgical care.
• Familiarity with current Optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication, problem solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive optometric care and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with MOD and store team to meet KPI targets.
• Provide pre/post-op support and medical referral care as applicable.
• Utilize technology and visuals to educate patients about eye health.
• Maintain licensure, continuing education, and professional standards.
