LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead eye care delivery in our Greenville, SC offices. You will provide high-quality optometric care, manage patient relationships, and collaborate with store leadership to drive patient satisfaction and growth.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Optometry, is residency trained, and demonstrates strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and Optometry practices.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a medical eyecare provider and deliver the brand promise.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM & store team to drive growth.
• Ensure patients receive highest quality care and accurate diagnoses.
