LensCrafters is part of EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in eye care and eyewear. The Associate Optometrist leads clinical care, supports medical practice and collaborates with store leadership to deliver excellent patient experiences.

This role focuses on high-quality eye care, strong teamwork, and growth through partnerships with MOD, SMM and clinic staff, while maintaining licensure and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and board licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure executional excellence and KPI-driven results with store team.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and service.
• Represent the practice as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM and colleagues.
• Provide pre/post-op support where applicable.
• Lead by example and develop team members.
