Luxottica’s LensCrafters in Pittsburgh is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead high-quality eye care delivery and drive patient-focused service. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, brand leadership, and collaboration with the MOD and store team to achieve top KPIs.

The Associate Optometrist will maintain licensure, deliver thorough eye exams, discuss eyewear options, and foster strong patient relationships while upholding the brand promise and standard of care across the local market.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required.

• Ensures executional excellence & winning results in partnership with the MOD & store team.

• Places the patient/customer 1st & delivers excellent service.

• Makes eyewear recommendations based on patients' needs.
• Explains each step of the eye exam; listens carefully.
• Utilizes tools and visual aids to summarize and ensure patients understand.
• Schedules next eye exam in TAB.
• Conducts services per protocol and standards of care.
• Ensures patients receive accurate diagnosis & appropriate recommendations.
• Establishes positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Uses technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintains office systems and state licensure in good standing.
• Provides training to team members.
• Delivers constructive feedback to associates.
• Creates a positive culture aligned with corporate values.
