Responsibilities

• Ensure executional excellence and results in partnership with the MOD and store team.
• Demonstrate commitment to exceed results through KPI management.
• Position the Brand as the leading optical provider in the community.
• Lead and collaborate with leaders within the organization and local market.
• Place the patient first and deliver excellent service.
• Exceed KPI expectations.
• Deliver service steps: assess visual lifestyle, eyewear recommendations, explain eye exam, use tools to summarize, schedule next exams, conduct services per standards.
• Maintain accurate diagnoses and recommendations.
• Establish positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Leverage technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintain office systems and licensure.
• Provide training to team using company programs.
• Deliver constructive feedback and maintain a positive culture.
• Encourage associate decision making at the patient level.
