LensCrafters in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Associate Optometrist to deliver the brand promise and the highest quality eye care. You will perform clinical protocols while partnering with the MOD and store team to maximize patient satisfaction.

You will champion vision care using state-of-the-art technology, maintain licensure, and mentor teammates to uphold service standards. This role requires collaboration with the SMM and leadership to grow the practice while putting patients

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry credential from an accredited program.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Solid organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures executional excellence in partnership with the MOD and store team.
• Demonstrates KPI management and high accountability.
• Maintains Brand as leading optical provider in the community.
• Places the patient first and delivers excellent service.
• Leads staff with constructive feedback and maintains office standards.
• Ensures state licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
• Provides training to team using company programs.
