Job summary

Insight Vision in Marion, Iowa, is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join a growing practice with a built-in patient base. You’ll perform comprehensive eye exams using OCT, fundus photography, visual fields, autorefractor, corneal topography, pachymetry, and EHR in a patient-centered setting.

You’ll join a collaborative OD team that cares for a diverse population, with 40–60 patients per day, strong growth opportunities, and a pathway to partnership for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Iowa Optometry license required.
• Willing to practice full-scope optometry including dry eye and glaucoma.
• Experience with OCT, fundus photography and visual field testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams using OCT, fundus photography, visual fields, autorefractor, topography and pachymetry.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs.

What you’ll do

You’ll use advanced technology, including OCT, Clarus Fundus Photography, Visual Field testing, autorefractor, corneal topography, pachymetry, and EHR, to perform comprehensive eye exams and specialized procedures. With a collaborative team and a supportive atmosphere, the OD team manages 40 to 60 patients per day, ensuring personalized, high-quality care while making a meaningful difference in each patient’s life.
