The position offers a competitive base pay ($135,000–$230,000) commensurate with experience, productivity bonuses, and a full benefits package including health, dental, malpractice, 401K, and CE reimbursement.

Qualifications

• OD required to practice optometry.
• Oregon licensure to practice optometry (or intent to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-operative exams.
• Co-manage ocular disease.
• Fit contact lenses and perform comprehensive exams.
