Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited optometry program.
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in primary eye care and contact lens fitting is preferred.

Responsibilities

We seek an enthusiastic optometrist who enjoys providing direct patient care, fitting contact lenses, and managing ocular diseases—all vital to this vibrant, community-focused private practice! The experienced doctors and dedicated staff provide comprehensive vision examinations and excel at diagnosing and treating a range of eye diseases and conditions. This practice prides itself on cultivating a warm, supportive culture and a firm commitment to the community it serves.

The doctors typically see 16 to 20 patients per day, ensuring a dynamic and stimulating work environment. Each optometrist is paired with a dedicated technician, and each location also has multiple opticians to support your work, making you feel welcomed and valued. They provide state-of-the-art equipment, including autorefractors with topography, Optos for every patient, Cirrus OCTs, and HFA3s at each location. Training is available if you’re unfamiliar with any of these systems.

This full-time position is salaried, with a starting pay of around $150,000, a competitive salary that reflects your value to us, and they are open to negotiating for the right candidate.
