Ascent Eye Care in Salida, Colorado is seeking a dedicated optometrist to join a growing practice focused on high-quality eye care. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, assess visual acuity, prescribe eyewear, diagnose ocular conditions, and co-manage pre- and post-operative patients as needed.

Formación

• Licensed to practice optometry in Colorado.
• Experience performing comprehensive eye exams and assessing ocular health.
• Ability to care for a diverse patient population and collaborate with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations.
• Assess visual acuity, refraction, eye alignment, and overall eye health.
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Diagnose and manage ocular conditions.
• Recognize ocular signs of systemic disease.
• Conduct specialized testing.
• Provide contact lens care.
• Co-manage pre- and post-operative patients when applicable.
• Educate patients.
• Make appropriate referrals.
• Maintain complete patient records.
