Kaiser Permanente / The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) in Jonesboro, GA seeks a residency-trained Optometrist for a full-time role in our Southwood office. You will practice full-scope optometry in a multidisciplinary/co-management setting with retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics specialists.

The ideal candidate holds an OD, GA licensure with THA certification, NPI number, and preferably a 1-year residency.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited college of optometry with a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Licensure in the state of Georgia including certification in the use of diagnostic and therapeutic agents.
• Minimum 1-year optometric residency preferred.
