Kaiser Permanente / The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is seeking a residency-trained optometrist for our Southwood office in Jonesboro, GA to provide full-scope optometry within a multidisciplinary setting.
We collaborate with retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics specialists to deliver high-quality eye care while emphasizing collegiality, work-life balance, and a supportive team environment. Residency preferred; OD required with GA licensure and NPI.
Qualifications
- OD degree from accredited college of optometry.
- NPI number.
- GA licensure including certification in diagnostic/therapeutic agents.
