Eyecare Associates of Southern Oregon in Medford is seeking a dedicated optometrist for a full-time role. You will perform full-scope optometry services, including comprehensive annual exams, glaucoma management, and dry eye treatment, in a patient-centered setting.

The position offers a 20K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, medical insurance, malpractice coverage, a production-based bonus, and CE allowances.

Competenze

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD) with licensure
• 1–3 years clinical practice; new grads welcome
• Strong communication skills; leadership and organization abilities
• Experience with modern optometric tech and contact lens knowledge

Mansioni

• Provide full-scope optometry services including annual eye exams.
• Manage glaucoma and other common eye conditions.
• Co-manage complex cases and surgical care as needed.
