Qualifications

• Ohio-licensed optometrist with current liability insurance and NPI.
• Experience in comprehensive eye exams and patient-centered care.
• Familiarity with major insurance providers (Medicare, Eyemed, UHC, Aetna) preferred.
• Outgoing and able to make patients feel comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams, including dilation when needed.
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Conduct medical eye examinations as required.
• Deliver warm, clear communication and exceptional patient experience.
