Qualifications

• Licensed Optometrist in Ohio with NPI and liability insurance.
• Preferably a few years of clinical experience.
• Credentialed with major insurance providers (Medicare, Eyemed, Davis/Versant, UHC/Spectera, Aetna).

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough eye exams, including dilation as needed.
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Conduct medical eye exams as required.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience with warmth and clear communication.
