Job summary

Eye To Eye Careers in Fraser, MI is seeking an Optometrist to join an established practice. The float position focuses on mostly primary eye care with 2–3 patients per hour and a strong support team, updated technology including EMR, retinal cameras, and OCT at select offices.

This is a full-time role with 4–5 days per week, 2+ Saturdays, and production-based incentives. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, a 401k with 3% match, and 3 weeks vacation.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry program and licensed or eligible to be licensed.
• New Grad OD program available and mentorship opportunities.
• Ability to perform primary eye care and adapt to a float schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive optometric care across Fraser offices.
• Manage patient flow with 2–3 patients per hour and collaborate with support staff.

We are seeking a motivated Optometrist to join an established practice in Fraser, Michigan!

DETAILS:

• Float Position
• Mostly Primary Eye Care

• Great support team including billing manager, technicians, marketing, and opticians available
• Updated technology provided: EMR, Retinal Cameras, OCT(at select offices)
• New Grad OD Program available - Start before you are licensed

SCHEDULE:

• Float between offices
• Full Time
• 4 or 5 days work week available
• 2+ Saturdays preferred

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Production based incentive model with bonuses on top
• Average earnings of $150,000-$160,000/year
