Eye To Eye Careers is seeking a motivated Optometrist to join an established practice in Chesterfield, Michigan, in a float position across multiple offices. The role emphasizes primary eye care with a capable support team and access to updated technology including EMR, retinal cameras, and OCT at select locations.

The schedule offers full-time hours with 4–5 days per week and 2+ Saturdays preferred, along with a production-based incentive and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Optometrist with OD degree from an accredited school
• Must have completed all sections of NBEO exams
• New Grad OD program available

Responsibilities

• Float between Chesterfield offices
• Provide mostly primary eye care
• See 2-3 patients per hour
• Work with a strong support team including billing, technicians, marketing, and opticians

We are seeking a motivated Optometrist to join an established practice in Chesterfield, Michigan!

DETAILS:

• Float Position
• Mostly Primary Eye Care
• 2-3 patients per hour
• Great support team including billing manager, technicians, marketing, and opticians available
• Updated technology provided: EMR, Retinal Cameras, OCT(at select offices)
• New Grad OD Program available - Start before you are licensed
• Great OD mentorship available

SCHEDULE:

• Float between offices
• Full Time
• 4 or 5 days work week available
• 2+ Saturdays preferred

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Production based incentive model with bonuses on top
• Average earnings of $150,000-$160,000/year
