Eyetastic Services in New Kent, VA, just 20 minutes from Richmond, seeks a positive Optometrist who values clinical excellence and patient care. The role offers a flexible 2–5 days per week schedule, modern tech, and a supportive team for high-quality diagnostics.

Compensation ranges from $160K–$200K+ total, with base not below $155K, plus 401k, PTO, health stipend, malpractice and dues coverage, CE allowance, gym membership, and loan repayment assistance. Ownership possible for the right OD.

Qualifications

• Licensed Optometrist required.
• Outgoing and compassionate personality; ability to make patients comfortable.
• Strong commitment to quality patient care and service.

Responsibilities

• Patient care Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends.
• Two full exams per hour with follow-ups and occasional emergency visits.
