Job summary

Eyetastic Services® invites a positive, compassionate Optometrist to join a private practice 20 minutes from Richmond, VA. The OD will provide comprehensive eye care using autorefractor, OCT, topography and other advanced testing.

This full-time role offers ownership opportunities for the right OD, a competitive package of $160,000–$200,000+, 401(k) with match, PTO, health stipend, and license/dues reimbursement. No evenings or weekends; relocation assistance is available.

• Two full exams per hour, with follow-ups and occasional emergency visits

Job description

An established private practice just 20 minutes from Richmond in New Kent, VA, is seeking a positive, compassionate Optometrist. Practice Features

• Flexibility to work 2-5 days per week
• Modern office with state-of-the-art technology (autorefractor, OCT w/ anterior segment, Optomap, topographer w/ gland imaging, Visual Field)
• Two full exams per hour, with follow‑ups and occasional emergency visits
• Supported by skilled techs for patient work‑ups and special testing
• Patient care Monday‑Friday, with no evenings or weekends
• Ownership opportunities for the right OD
• Relocation bonus for candidates moving 50+ miles

Pay and Benefits

• Compensation: 17% of collections OR salary/production‑based pay – full‑time base not below $155,000, total package $160,000‑$200,000+
• 401(k) with 4% match
• PTO and paid holidays
• Health care stipend (for full‑time)
• Paid malpractice, AOA & VOA dues, and license reimbursement
• Continuing education allowance
