Pearle Vision Licensed Operator location in Hauppauge, NY is hiring an Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye care and professional services. Pay structure, hours, and benefits are negotiated with the Licensed Operator.

Licensed operators partner with Luxottica Retail North America, a leader in eyewear and eye care products. This role focuses on patient care, diagnosis, and treatment within Pearle Vision guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to your patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnoses and appropriate recommendations.
• Create exceptional value in patients' lives by delivering the Pearle Vision neighborhood eye care experience.
• Work with License Operator store team and Pearle Vision leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Promote Pearle Vision as a leading optical provider within the community.
