Job summary

Pearle Vision seeks an Optometrist to provide high-quality eye care at a Hamden, CT location, with the option of employed or independent practice under the Licensed Operator. The role follows Pearle Vision brand guidance and clinical standards.

Responsibilities include comprehensive eye exams, accurate diagnoses, and delivering exceptional patient service within protocol. CT license and DPA/TPA certification required, with access to current optometric technology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional patient/service experience through Pearle Vision neighborhood eye care.
• Collaborate with License Operators team and brand leadership for a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Promote Pearle Vision as a leading optical provider in the community.
