Job summary

Eyetastic Services is seeking a skilled optometrist to join our growing practice and deliver full-scope eye care, including exams, contact lens fittings, and LASIK eligibility screening. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality patient outcomes within a collaborative team.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining.

Compensation and Benefits

• Total Potential Annual Earnings: ~$200,000 (including phantom equity)
• Base Annual Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
• Monthly Incentive Bonus: Averaging $1,000 - $1,500
• Generous Retention Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000 based on the length of your employment agreement
