Eyetastic Services in Canton, GA is seeking a Doctor of Optometry to join our growing optometry practice. You will conduct comprehensive eye exams, provide contact lens exams and fittings, and participate in LASIK consultations while screening for ocular diseases to safeguard patients' vision.

Compensation and Benefits

• Total Potential Annual Earnings: ~$200,000 (including phantom equity)
• Base Annual Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
• Monthly Incentive Bonus: Averaging $1,000 - $1,500
• Generous Retention Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000 based on the length of your employment agreement
