NaphCare is hiring an Optometrist Contractor just like you to join our team at the FCC Terre Haute located in Indiana.

**Onsite frequency - twice a week**

Responsibilities




Responsibilities for Optometrist:

    Perform vision tests to detect vision problems, injuries and diseases.
  • Prescribe, fit and adjust eye glasses, contact lens and other visual aids.
  • Evaluate patients for diseases and conditions (diabetes or high blood pressure).
  • Prescribe medication to treat visual or eye issues.
  • Recommend appropriate care and follow-up.





Qualifications




Qualifications for Optometrist:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
  • Current, unrestricted optometry license in Indiana
  • Current DEA license
  • Current BLS card
