Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school
• Eligible for licensure in Michigan (or licensed)
• Completion of NBEO exams (National Board of Examiners in Optometry)

Responsibilities

• Provide primary eye care to patients in a Kalamazoo clinic.
• Use EMR and retinal imaging devices to support diagnoses.
• Mentorship and training for new grads; participate in OD program as available.

Optometrist - Competitive Compensation + Great Benefits - Kalamazoo, MI

We are seeking a motivated Optometrist to join an established practice in Kalamazoo, Michigan!

DETAILS:

• Mostly Primary Eye Care
• 2-3 patients per hour
• Great support team including billing manager, technicians, marketing, and opticians available
• Updated technology provided: EMR, Retinal Cameras, OCT(at select offices)
• New Grad OD Program available - Start before you are licensed
• Great OD mentorship available

SCHEDULE:

• Full Time
• 4 or 5 days work week available
• 2+ Saturdays preferred

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Production based incentive model with bonuses on top
• Average earnings of $150,000-$160,000/year
