Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry program is required.
• Valid state optometry license or license in process.

Responsibilities

• Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patient eligibility for surgery.
• Screen for ocular diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
