EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Managing Optometrist to lead a busy LensCrafters marketplace. You will deliver high quality optometric care while driving patient experience, revenue, and KPI performance in partnership with regional and store managers.
You will recruit, train and coach the team, maintain licensure and compliance, and establish a positive doctor-patient relationship, leveraging technology to ensure exceptional service and business results.
The Managing Optometrist is the leader & business owner within the marketplace & organization by delivering the brand promise through key steps in the patient /customer journey, superior patient experience & the organization’s key performance metrics. Ensures all patients receive the highest quality Optometric care.
Pay Range:145,352.63 -203,100.24
