Job summary

imatters is seeking an Optometrist to join our two-location practice west of Charlotte, NC. You will perform comprehensive exams, manage medical therapeutics, glaucoma, cataracts, AMD, LASIK co-management, and fit contacts, maintaining a full patient schedule from day one.

Qualifications

• North Carolina licensure or eligibility
• Experience in glaucoma, cataracts, AMD and LASIK management
• Proficient in comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fitting

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and ocular assessments.
• Manage and co-manage medical therapeutics including glaucoma and post-surgical care.
• Fit and dispense contact lenses to patients.
• Maintain a full patient schedule from day one.

What you will be doing

• Manage/co-manage medical therapeutics, including glaucoma, cataracts, AMD and LASIK
• Comprehensive exams
• Fit contacts lenses
• Full patient load from day one +/-22 patients per day
