Qualifications

• Doctorate in Optometry required; NBEO certification and Texas license strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead a practice and build professional relationships with providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams using optometric equipment and interpret results.
• Diagnose ocular disease and disorders; prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids.
• Lead and coordinate Center operations and outreach with area eye care providers.
