Broadway Eye Clinic in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a full-time Optometrist who thrives on advanced clinical technology and excellent patient care. You will diagnose, treat, and manage ocular conditions using cutting-edge tools within a collaborative medical team.

You will participate in ongoing training, educate patients on eyewear and treatment plans, and help maintain a high standard of care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Utah optometry license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Structured training and mentorship provided to ensure confidence and success.
• Comfortable with advanced diagnostic tools and treatment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and diagnose/manage ocular disease and vision conditions
• Utilize Neurolens, Forma-I, IPL, LLLT, and myopia management protocols
• Explain findings and treatment options clearly to patients
• Coordinate with aesthetic team, technicians, and support staff to ensure holistic patient care
• Document exams and treatments following established clinical protocols
• Oversee and participate in ongoing training and continuing education
• Contribute to a calm, welcoming, high-standard patient experience
