Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Greeley, CO is seeking an Optometrist to provide preventive and restorative eye care for all patients, diagnose and treat vision-related symptoms, and educate staff on treatment protocols.

This position reports to the VP of Optometric Services and offers a strong compensation package with a $150K–$170K salary range, signing bonus up to $15K, relocation support up to $5K, and comprehensive benefits.

• State optometry license in good standing.
• Strong interest in working with children.
• Ability to acquire or maintain Medicaid Provider number and NPI number.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle a diverse workload.
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and on time.

Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Greeley, CO, is currently seeking an Optometrist to provide preventive and restorative eye care for all patients, diagnosing and treating vision-related symptoms, as well as instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment. This position will report to the Vice President of Optometric Services.

Pay range: $150K-$175K/yr
