Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Optometrists to support refractions and eyeglass fittings for U.S. military service members, primarily on weekends with occasional weekdays, across Florida. Equipment is provided to facilitate care at fixed clinics, mobile units, and telehealth formats.

Join a national health readiness provider dedicated to maintaining deployable medical readiness for the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard. Weekend availability and collaboration with a dedicated team are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform refractions and eyeglass fittings with equipment provided by DOCS Health.
• Provide eye care services to military service members including refractions and fittings.
• Collaborate with the DOCS Health team to ensure quality care.

Attention all Optometrists we are calling on you to work with us providing refractions and eyeglass fittings and treatment to our Military Service members.

We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Florida on an "as needed basis".

We provide health readiness services to meet the medical requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include performing refractions and eyeglass fittings with equipment provided by DOCS Health.
