The Eye Clinic of Florida offers world-class cataract and specialty ophthalmic surgery at affordable prices for the last 24 years in the Tampa Bay Area market. The clinic treats patients with a range of issues from simple to complex problems and leads the area in novel and combined eye and eyelid surgeries focused on avoiding unnecessary procedures and providing the best outcomes. We provide comprehensive care from premium lens implants to glaucoma and macular degeneration, ensuring patients receive holistic care without multiple doctor visits.

Role Description

The Eye Clinic of Florida in Zephyrhills, FL seeks a Florida Licensed Optometrist for full-time or nearly full-time M-F 8-5 position. No Weekend Clinics.

• 1/3 Routine Eye Exams and Contact Lens Fittings
• 1/3 Medical Visit – usually stable glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye, etc.
• 1/3 Post op- Cataract and uncomplicated post‑op patients.

We use electronic medical records so candidates must be fast two‑handed typists.

Over 95% of our post op cataract patients have less than .5D of sphere or cylinder.
