Job Description

Morlen Health is currently seeking an Optometrist to join the Optometry team serving multiple clinics throughout the Portland metropolitan area and surrounding communities.

This physician will practice as a float Optometrist with a primary home-base clinic and provide comprehensive optometric care, including the management of chronic eye diseases and complex ocular conditions. The role is supported by a highly collaborative, integrated care model with access to specialty consultation and experienced clinical and administrative staff.

This is an on-site position located in Portland, OR

What You Can Expect:

Practice as a float Optometrist with a primary home-base clinic

Provide care across multiple clinics throughout the Portland metropolitan area and surrounding communities

Management of chronic eye diseases and complex ocular conditions

Experienced clinical and administrative support staff

Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited School of Optometry

Your Total Rewards:

The annual salary for this position is$141,600-$170,300 .Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.

In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. Base salary range: $130,900-$159,600

Lifestyle Stipend: $10,700 annually

Relocation Allowance available - up to $15,000
