Williston Basin Eyecare Associates in Williston, ND seeks an Associate Optometrist to join a private, physician-owned practice serving western North Dakota and eastern Montana. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, four clinical days per week, and a collaborative, technology-driven clinic.

You will provide full-scope optometry with an established patient base, supported by para-optometric staff, with mentorship and potential for long-term growth and partnership opportunities.

Your Day-to-Day

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations utilizing advanced diagnostic technology
• Diagnose and manage ocular disease, dry eye, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and other medical eye conditions
• Provide post‑operative care and specialty services, including foreign body removal
• Collaborate closely with experienced doctors and clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients in a community‑centered practice

State‑of‑the‑Art Facility

Practice in a fully equipped, high‑volume clinic featuring:

• 10 fully equipped exam lanes
• OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)
• OPTOMAP retinal imaging
• Wavefront topography
• Visual field testing
• Automated refraction systems
• Full in‑house optical and contact lens services

You’ll be supported by an experienced clinical team that manages much of the administrative workflow, allowing you to spend your time where it matters most—caring for patients.
