Williston Basin Eyecare Associates in Williston, ND seeks an Associate Optometrist to join a private, physician-owned practice serving western North Dakota and eastern Montana. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, four clinical days per week, and a collaborative, technology-driven clinic.

You will provide full-scope optometry with an established patient base, supported by para-optometric staff, with mentorship and potential for long-term growth and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with active North Dakota license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and community focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations using advanced diagnostic technology.
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions.
