Join the founding team of a brand-new eye care clinic in Flushing, NY!

We’re launching BrightSight Vision Clinic, a modern, patient-first optometry practice, and we’re looking for a licensed Optometrist to come on board before our grand opening.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the clinic alongside the founding team — from equipment selection to patient experience design — while delivering high-quality care to the Flushing community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision tests
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions
• Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans
• Educate patients on eye health and preventative care
• Participate in setting up clinic systems, equipment, and EMR
• Help build a welcoming, efficient, and modern eye care experience

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Active New York State Optometry License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset — interest in being part of a clinic launch
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean is a plus (but not required)
