Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Optometrist to join our dynamic team at Good Eye Optometry (Brentwood) and Eyes of the Marina (Marina del Rey). This role offers the opportunity to work in both locations, allowing for flexible scheduling while gaining exposure to a wide variety of patients and treatments.

Our offices are equipped with state-of-the-art technology including OCT, EIDON, OPTOS, and Pentacam. We specialize in dry eye care, offering in-office treatments like IPL and Radiofrequency, and we are experienced in fitting scleral lenses. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care with a team that values innovation, empathy, and excellence.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive eye exams and address patient concerns

Prescribe and fit corrective lenses and specialty contact lenses (including scleral)

Diagnose and manage eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and dry eye

Perform and co-manage in-office procedures like IPL and RF

Work in both Brentwood and Marina del Rey offices, based on a flexible schedule

Collaborate with staff and outside providers to ensure top-quality patient experiences

Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution

Valid California State Optometry License

Interest or experience in medical optometry and specialty lenses

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with EMR systems

Ability to adapt and work efficiently across multiple office environments
