ETS Vision in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Medical Optometrist for a busy ophthalmology practice that collaborates closely with MDs. You will deliver comprehensive eye care, perform exams, diagnose, treat, and coordinate with the team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role offers guaranteed compensation of $160,000–$175,000 annually, with production incentives that can push earnings well beyond this range, plus a generous benefits package including PTO, health, 401K, and CE stipend.

• O.D. licensed to practice in TN.
• Residency trained or experienced OD preferred.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
