Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Optometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who values patient care, has excellent clinical skills, looking to build long term patient care relationships, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Our ideal candidate would also have interest in future practice ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams.
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions
• Prescribe treatment plans.
• Educate patients on eye health, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school of optometry
• Valid Pennsylvania state optometry license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
