Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Optometrist located in the Greater Houston Area. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and managing eye diseases, prescribing appropriate corrective lenses, educating patients about eye health, recommending treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and staying current with advancements in optometry.

Qualifications

• Proficient in performing comprehensive eye examinations and diagnosing eye conditions
• Experience in prescribing corrective lenses and managing eye diseases
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and maintain accurate patient records
• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license
