As a physician-led and physician-owned company, we offer complete medical eye examinations by specialists in ophthalmology, including diagnosis, management, and treatment of eye diseases.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a patient-focused, team-oriented Optometrist (OD) to join our growing practices in Dayton, Ohio. Our commitment is to provide exceptional eye care services. Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced OD, this is a great opportunity to work alongside ophthalmologists, optometrists, and skilled support staff in a modern, well-equipped setting.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide comprehensive eye exams and diagnose/manage ocular conditions
2. Co-manage surgical patients (including cataract and refractive procedures)
3. Prescribe glasses and contact lenses
4. Educate patients on eye health and preventative care
5. Collaborate with our team of ophthalmologists and technicians to ensure continuity of care

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program
• Active Ohio licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
