A leading company in primary eye care seeks an Optometrist to provide comprehensive care and manage a variety of ocular diseases. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive salary potentials, and benefits that support financial wellbeing and career growth, making it an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced ODs.
Company Description
At our practice, we believe that the optometrist is the hero of primary eye care, enabling and safeguarding their patient’s ability to experience their best vision. For many people, an optometrist is also the first point of contact in the healthcare system. The eyes can offer a window into overall health, and this initial contact can be critical for patients to receive necessary care for serious conditions. We are committed to empowering our optometrists to provide the highest quality of care.
We now offer new flexible work schedule packages for optometrists, allowing ODs to choose schedules that suit them best. Examples include weekend flexibility and days off options. Additionally, our practice has new office hours several days per week, giving optometrists more free time in the evenings. On select Saturdays, we pay a base rate of one thousand dollars per day!
Our competitive benefits demonstrate our appreciation for optometrists, ensuring their financial, health, and well-being needs are met.
