This position offers a base annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000, with a monthly incentive bonus averaging $1,000 to $1,500, plus phantom equity, potentially increasing total annual earnings to up to $200,000! Benefits include medical and dental coverage, three weeks of paid time off, company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a retention bonus of $10,000 to $20,000 based on employment length.
