Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Optometrist to join our team in Coleman, Florida. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clinical patients and ensure their comfort during examinations.

Education and Experience

The optometrist must have the ability to work with a clinical population from a variety of cultural, regional, racial, and ethnic backgrounds. Must have knowledge of routine office-related duties, including a working knowledge of computers and word processing programs, and be able to type. The optometrist must possess good organizational skills, interpersonal relationship skills, and be able to work effectively with the medical staff. The candidate must hold a diploma from an accredited program and have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Optometry. Additionally, the optometrist shall hold a current professional license permitting practice in Florida.

Schedule

The optometrist will normally work Monday through Friday (except paid federal holidays). Working hours are typically from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. No weekends!
