Job summary

EyeCare Partners in the United States seeks an Optometric Technician to support the Total Patient Experience, assisting doctors and staff with patient prep and testing.

You will operate ocular testing devices, follow established protocols, and help maintain a clean, efficient clinical environment while upholding HIPAA and customer service standards.

This role requires teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to travel to affiliated locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year interacting with patients or customers.
• Ability to pass background check and verify identity/work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Total Patient Experience to provide great medical support.
• Operate ophthalmic testing equipment (lensometer, autorefractor, OCT).
• Follow testing scripts and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Support general office duties and teamwork.
