Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a role interacting with patients or customers.
• Previous ophthalmic or medical office experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and provide identity/work eligibility in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in testing with ophthalmic equipment to prepare patients for exams.
• Maintain a world class Total Patient Experience delivering excellent medical support.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Operate and clean exam equipment such as lensometers, autorefractors, retinal cameras, visual field devices.
• Perform general office duties as assigned by manager.
