Qualifications

• Experience evaluating patients for eye exams and dispensing eye exam medications.
• Familiarity with medical terms associated with eye treatment.
• Industry certification (CPO, CPOA, CPOT).

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary patient evaluations prior to exam with the Optometrist.
• Schedule referrals and complete related paperwork.
• Maintain patient records in EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate end-of-day tasks and optimize schedule utilization.
