If you’re not comfortable with multitasking, precision, or working directly with people—this isn’t the right fit. But if you’re upbeat, curious, and team-oriented, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and prep patients for their exams with care and professionalism
  • Perform pre-testing (auto-refraction, visual acuity, eye pressure, etc.)
  • Operate advanced diagnostic tech: OCT, retinal imaging, visual fields, and more
  • Assist with contact lens training and patient education
  • Maintain accurate records and support smooth clinic flow
  • Jump in to help wherever needed—teamwork is everything here

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly & Service-Driven – You love helping people feel at ease
  • Fast but Focused – You work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
  • Tech-Savvy – You’re comfortable using modern diagnostic tools
  • Team Player – You step in, lift others up, and put patients first
  • Reliable & Ready to Grow – You show up, work hard, and want to learn

Experience in optometry or healthcare is helpful but not required. We’ll train the right person with the right attitude.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Purpose-driven team that values people over quotas
  • Hands-on training with the latest eye care technology
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and build a career
