Job summary

Eye Designs Optometry in Citrus Heights is seeking an Optometric Technician I to support the optometry team with pre-screening, tests, and patient education. You will collect histories, explain vision benefits, and help schedule visits to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Your responsibilities include supporting doctors, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating communications to keep the clinic running smoothly. This role emphasizes teamwork and ongoing skills growth.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service (optometric experience preferred but not required!)
